Jack Sparrow: “Up is down.” Well, that’s just maddeningly unhelpful. Why are these things never clear?

Jack Sparrow: That’s even more than less than unhelpful.

Jack Sparrow: I love the sea.
_{Jack 2: What about port?}
Jack Sparrow: I prefer rum. Rum’s good.
_{Jack 3: Making port. Where we can get rum, and salty wenches… Once every 10 years.
Jack 2: What’d he say?}
Jack Sparrow: Once every 10 years.
_{Jack 2: Ten years is a long time, mate.}
Jack Sparrow: Even longer given the deficit of rum.
_{Jack 2: But eternity is longer still.
Jack 3: And how will you be spending it? Dead? Or not?
Jack 2: The immortal Captain Sparrow.}
Jack Sparrow: Oh, I like that. *grins*

It’s one of my favorite scenes of third movie. It’s my favorite song of the soundtrack. And to get three Jackies is freaking awesome!!!

The first idea of this drawing came out two years ago. I was kinda afraid back then. I used to think if I would have skills enough to make so many details. I dropped it. But this year, after some thinking, I realized I had to face all the demons around my mind! I am happy and proud of it right now. I’m only sad a bit because part of it was made on a doubtable purpose. I hope, one day, to know that ended up alright and I will not feel like bleeding anymore.
Speaking about the picture, it is particularly unexpected. It’s the same reason that happened to my Aragorn’s drawing. There are many good works on DA, it’s hard to do something different. And since I did two very realistic pieces some days ago, I decided to draw the ship’s background just hastily scratched. I like how it turned out. Hope it will be appreciated too.
